MIAMI–Avila Rodriguez Hernandez Mena & Ferri LLP (ARHMF), a South Florida law firm representing domestic and international businesses and investors across various practice areas, announced the promotion of Jennifer Hernandez to partner.
Jennifer Hernandez focuses her practice in the areas of property disputes and real estate litigation, and advises clients on risk assessment, litigation avoidance, pre-litigation strategies, e-discovery, and complex discovery. Mrs. Hernandez represents corporate clients in a wide range of business disputes in federal and state court, before various arbitration panels, and in federal and state appellate courts.

Prior to joining ARHMF, Mrs. Hernandez was an associate at an established local firm where she represented clients in a broad array of litigation transactions, including breach of contracts, defending putative class actions, compelling litigation to arbitration pursuant to collective bargaining agreements, and sitting second chair in multiple trials and arbitrations.
Mrs. Hernandez graduated from University of Notre Dame Law School in 2010 and obtained her undergraduate degree from Stanford University in 2007. She is a board member for the Notre Dame Club of Miami and an active member of the Dade County Bar Association.
